Whilst editing our trust's half termly newsletter, I was blown away by the number of people who wanted to contribute to the Education Matters Section. This section presented an opportunity for colleagues across the trust to share their knowledge, expertise and experience.
As the second edition of the OCM was being put together I was approached by more and more people who wanted to contribute. So, rather than have a never ending publication containing nothing but scholarly articles, this Blog was born.
The intention is to share the articles within this blog as well as publish them in the trust's newsletter. I thought that rather than having to recall the issue in which you saw the article you wanted to read, you could find them in a library - hence the blog.
As with all things, whilst it's a library at the moment, who knows what it will turn into as its journey progresses.
